Summary: Very nice, newer co do in a great location in the community close to the pool, etc. quiet, relaxing area of Crow Creek. About 15 minutes to Subset Beach. We did enjoy our time there and would stay again.

Summary: Since the property was brand new, the accomodations were very clean and nice. Communcations regarding the property before arrival was very good, and the condo was very clean when we arrived. The place had everything we needed for the stay. I suggested to the rental agency two things: 1) Check with the HOA regarding pest control services / contract. I found 2 cockroaches, 2 spiders and 3 ants during our 5 day stay. Since it is a new building, it might not have a contract set up yet - but should. 2) On the day of checkout, send a reminder to renters of checkout time, and what the renter is suppose to do before leaving. They did send instructions before we arrived, which I read, but could not find them on my phone as I was getting ready to check out. Would be nice to have that reminder on day of checkout.

Summary: My wife and I were relocating from California to North Carolina waiting to close on our new house and awaiting the arrival of our cars and furniture shipments. We found the unit on VRBO and were stremely surprised that the location of the rental unit was next to the property of our new Housing Complex. We saw the interior of the unit on VRBO but found the unit to be more than we expected. The unit was just outstanding. The management company for the rental was just outstanding in their commuications and instructions. Everything was perfect! I would use this unit again to house family for holiday get togethers. The area is quite, clean, the people in the complex were friendly and helpful about the local area. Breakfast and Evenings were just outstanding on the screened in lanani. Parking was great also. Access to the pool facility was also a plus.
