Positive: Staff were exceptional - we stayed 3 nights and ate there and without exception all the staff were brilliant and really went that extra mile. Room was very comfortable and it was really quiet which, considering how close it is to the A5, was wonderful - the site is quite big and our room looked out over fields.
Negative: Decor in the corridors was a little tired but really it is a tiny thing - the room itself was lovely.
Summary: I would definitely stay here again. Great staff and fab location.

Positive: Warm prompt and informative reception on arrival and at breakfast in the morning. My room (no 50) Had a lovely balcony and view and was not overlooked.
Negative: There was nothing I did not like, everything was clean, well stocked. I was aware the bathroom was a bit tired in places but everything worked well.
