Positive: Everything was excellent! In my opinion, the hotel, staff, facilities, and food all deserve 5 stars rather than 4. The breakfast was absolutely unforgettable. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world for work, and the breakfast buffet at Crona was better than anywhere else I’ve experienced. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay. We had a small issue with the lock on our room door, and they fixed it straight away. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Negative: The only area that could be improved is the spa. When we visited (just before International Women’s Day), it was very overcrowded. It would really help to have a staff member present to supervise the spa area. At times people were jumping into the pool, children were using the jacuzzi with lots of toys, and many of the loungers were occupied by towels and personal belongings while people were away. Unfortunately, we didn’t even get the chance to use the jacuzzi on our last day because the same guests were using it for hours.

Summary: Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Positive: Nice location, nice scenery and nature around the complex. Quite spacious room (suite), though the doors between the two rooms were glass and no curtains on them.

Negative: The staff were a bit was it harried, or bothered, or whatever, not particularly friendly, but not hostile. The breakfast was okay, but rather limited, something like 4-6 different takes on eggs. ;-) The indoor pool is rather small for the number of visitors during holidays and on week-ends.

Summary: Quite nice and comfy, good winter place to stay.
