Positive: Located just out of Cromer in quite residential area and short walk into village and beach

Negative: On arrival meet by waste and recycling over flowing and smelling not a good sign. When we entered in kitchen area on rug breakfast cereal on floor some crockery dirty. Bed sheets like sandpaper, fag ends in plant pots. The owners need to review who ever cleans the property? There is no mention in the property information about when rubbish and recycling bins go out so it perhaps might stop the overflowing bin situation. No mention of how tv works so left to try and work it out yourself? It does say no WFI but in a poor signal in the area it could well benefit for this facility. To summarise nice property with issues mentioned. Feel it’s overpriced taking above issues into account

Positive: The property itself was beautiful and it was clear that a huge amount of effort has gone into making the property an incredible building.

Negative: The thing that stopped it from being a 9 or 10 out of 10 was the cleanliness. An £85 cleaning fee was charged, as standard, but we arrived to find the bins hadn’t been emptied, the dishwasher was half-full with dirty plates and utensils and there were a few dirty glasses scattered about the property.

Positive: A little slice of L.A in Norfolk. Beautifully decorated and well equipped, this house is a perfect place to stay. Shop, Pub and beach a short walk away and very near Cromer.
