Summary: Bed was dancing. Complained to staff and owner appeared very soon. She told we can’t provide any other room instead told can refund and we can leave. It was 9 pm already and travelled 80 km from Victoria.

Summary: This hotel is on the strip to the ferry so access to beach is much further away than I understood it to be. Room was spacious and clean.

Summary: Dated but it was clean, great location, great staff and a good price point. I live in the island and could have gone home but this was a perfect stay for my needs.

Summary: There was no restaurant as advertised. There was no jetted tub as advertised. The the fridge, coffee table and windows was dirty. Beds very uncomfortable. Do not recommend.
