Positive: I requested information on how to get in, the night before, as I had not been informed beforehand. We we not informed until the morning of the journey. I the same breath they demanded my email address so that they could send me a link to submit a deposit, this felt like we were not trusted and something that I have not experienced when booking previously. The quality of the fixtures and fitting were good and the hot tub was as good as we expected.
Negative: We arrived on the Friday evening to find that there is NO 'Free parking on prem'. There is some 'waste land' adjacent to the cottage, however it has no available space. We ended up parking in the church car park. The kitchen did not have some of the basics like Kitchen roll, tin foil, even salt or cooking oil of some kind. I couldn't work out how to use the left hand oven, fortunately the RHS one was easier to use. No welcome pack which is unusual for a property of this stature. The local pub has closed down and the pub half a mile down the road, in the adjacent village, the Holywell Inn was closed for refurbishment? Although the hot tub was good, I'd have expected 'house coats' an disposable slippers to have been provided. £280 per night for a couple is poor value for money. And what is the point of an Iron without an ironing board? Deeply disappointing

Positive: Everything was perfect, clean and spacious. Loved the hot tub, unfortunately due to the weather we couldn’t enjoy it longer.

Positive: Everything about this property exceeded expectations. The house was decorated and furnished to a high standard. The beds we're super comfy and both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms plus a separate toilet. Cleanliness of the house was to a high standard. We really enjoyed the hot tub, which was huge with so many different programmes on it. There we're lots of logs to burn on the wood burner, which was super cosy. All in all, we had a fabulous stay, just wished we were staying longer. Easy to travel into Birmingham, where our daughter had a cheer competition. Lovely local pub, about 20 steps from the cottage. Great communication from the hosts. We will definitely be booking again when we are back in the area.
Negative: A hot tub manual, I think I managed to get the different modes working by pure luck and a play around with the controls.

Positive: Everything was good. Ensuite were clean and shower was excellent. Rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.. Kitchen has everything you need and large table. The longe is again very spacious with two lovely settees. The hot tub is excellent and outside area is great.
