Positive: The location is simply fantastic. The owners, Fernando and Teresa, are very friendly and speak good English. 5 minute walk to the train/metro station, Santa Apolónia 5-10 minute walk to Alfama 10-20 minute walk to the town centre of Lisboa, around Rossio. There are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops around the area.

Negative: Personally, I did not struggle with the stairs but some people might not like that. I would not say this is a negative thing as most of the locals walk up and down the stairs every day.

Summary: If one day I come back to Lisboa, I will definitely try to get this accommodation again :-D

Positive: Liked the split level and the terrace for breakfast. The 2nd bedroom was adequate and the single bed comfy. The double bed was a little small and not very comfortable. Kitchen great.

Negative: Double bed a little small for 2 X adults and not very comfy. Very noisy.
