Negative: The keys were easier to locate than Crestview Place. They should let you know that you need to go in through the (unmarked) underground parking building. It's a large building, but unmarked.

Summary: We were able to walk to shopping and lots of restaurants. Great view.

Positive: The property is beautifully renovated, very comfortable beds, great views from huge balcony, wonderful amenities

Negative: The hot tub was not available and I don't believe that was made clear. I prefer to communicate directly with an owner vs a property management company. Sending questions were not quickly answered but if you called and then texted after they let me know about texting they responded very quickly.

Positive: It was clean. Everything was nicely decorated and arranged from the living room to the bedrooms and bathroom.

Negative: We couldn’t adjust the thermostat and was hot inside the condo. We had to wait for the cool air from the open sliding door fill the house before we got comfortable.
