Summary: I wanted to stay in the older part of town as part of a No 1 Ladies Detective Agency tour, and this worked for that. But it was pretty tired and run down.

Summary: I had a mostly excellent stay at this centrally located hotel. The room was clean and the A/C worked well. The staff were super helpful, especially the concierge, who arranged some activities. I was met at the airport with a sign and brought to the hotel without problems. The gym is pretty poor and needs some updates. I was permitted to use the pool without charge at the companion hotel. The only big problem was my check out and departure. I booked a return shuttle to the airport on the day I arrived. It was confirmed two hours and an hour before I needed it. But then it didn't show up. I started to panic, and got in a private vehicle that drove me part of the way to where the shuttle was waiting. It was very stressful. I made my flight with no problem, but this should not have happened.

Summary: The staff was SOOO friendly and accommodating. Since i was the only American there everyone new my name :-)! I had an issue with my air conditioning and I was promptly moved to another room. I was also granted a late check out due to my late flight. I will stay there on my next visit and convince my colleagues to do the same!
