Positive: Found a broken chair in the bedroom and we rang reception and they changed it over, no questions asked.

Negative: No microwave. Just a kettle.

Positive: Big room, good location, nice breakfast. Great coffee at Beans & Bottles. Walking distance to St Kilda waterfront.

Negative: Advertised a sauna but found out when we got there it was $20 per hour. Bathroom was tiny, had to fill kettle from shower head.
