I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been devastated in Nirth and South Carolina where we live. We were unable to come. Could not even get out because of roads and bridges washed away and trees down.called and asked Suncastle to ask owner for either refund or could we reschedule and were refused. According to the wording of our travel insurance policy, I'm not sure they will pay. Cannot upload documents for insurance claim because no one has internet service including my sister and me. She still has no water, no power and her daughters home was destroyed. So, no review of our condo because we didn't come. But my cousins who were able to come said their unit was very nice. We missed our planned family reunion. Please pray for our families and all those who have lost everything. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was very nice and we absolutely loved the windows in the living area!I was not thrilled with the management company not attending to the request to check the A/C flow and a fan not working in one of the bedrooms. No one came out to check the flow and the response on the fan was not received until two days after arrival to let me know they were waiting on the owner to replace the fan. It could have been a remote issue or something else but no one was sent out to check.Again, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the place to others.

Summary: We booked this as a very last minute 5 day summer vacation when hurricane Beryl cancelled our Mexican trip. It was super easy to book, the property is RIGHT on the beach. Perfect location, updated condo, view is amazing. The beach is great and wasn’t even crowded over the 4th of July. There aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby but St Augustine is only 20 min away. Make sure to check out Sat morning farmers market too. We loved our stay here.
