Summary: Dana was excellent in greeting us! He communicated all the info and gave suggestions for restaurants nearby! Was a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and the beds were comfy and clean

Summary: Dana is great. He is knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. . The room was cozy and clean. Location is good and convenient to restaurants and right next-door to a small grocery store.

Summary: The Hotel is in an OK location, next to the Charles River in a middle class neighborhood. There are a variety of good ethnic restaurants and bars near downtown Waltham, less than 1 mile away, including Indian, Italian, Greek, and American. The staff was very helpful. The rooms are good.

Summary: Located just a couple miles outside of Boston with plenty of transit to the city center, this is a perfect budget option for those looking to stay within proximity to Boston without paying the steep prices. The staffing here was incredibly helpful and provided us with all of the information we needed to navigate the city. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Summary: There is a charming little grocery store right next to the hotel, so the lack of a coffee shop or breakfast is not a problem. You have a full kitchen - coffee pot, if you want to bring your own coffee. But the grocery was great - open until 9 pm and it has ice cream cones!

Summary: Doesn't look like your standard hotel from the outside but the room was nice and large with a full size fridge, stove, and microwave. The front desk was very helpful on check-in with maps of the area including a transit map and local restaurant. Could potentially be difficult to get clean or extra towels or linen as housekeeping is not provided during the stay and there isn't always staff around. So my advice is ask for extra when you check in. Also the quietest hotel room, never heard a peep through the walls. Overall great place, clean and safe.

Summary: We only stayed one night but we were greatly impressed. The room was clean, spacious and offered everything we needed for a comfy night. My only hope is that at some point they bring back a breakfast buffet of sorts. It would have been night to have fresh brewed coffee. That said, there is a coffee maker in the room, just not K cups. Such a minor complaint. If we are in the area again, will definitely book here.

Summary: There was nosiy, distuptive construction going on for the 2 days we stayed there. Had we been informed in advance, we would have stayed elsewhere as we were staying there for one of us to recover while being treated at a nearby medical center. The drilling, pounding etc made this was very difficult.

Summary: Lovely small hotel. Nice big room with kitchenette. Comfortable bed. Very responsive and accommodating host. I had wonderful stay. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Boston area.
