Negative: Being somewhat handicapped, I would have preferred a lower straight-back chair versus a tall stool.

Positive: Super clean and well taken care of. Not fancy or pretentious, but serviceable and very comfy. Owner was very kind and accommodating.
Negative: The only minor inconvenience was that there is a lot of late night traffic on the highway which was audible unless the AC was running. Motel sits very close to the road, so if you are super noise sensitive, this may be an issue. This is no fault of the owner or facility — just location.
