Positive: The place is located very close to the airport. It is also close to various malls and activities. The staff are very very welcoming. I was upgraded from my room to a better room at no cost. This was a great initiative. The place is squeaky clean. The bed is so comfortable. It is accessible by drivers and it is more classy than many hotels around it. The breakfast is excellent with many options to eat from especially if you are not used to spicy Ethiopian food. I would highly recommend this place.

Negative: The check-in was somehow difficult as the hotel forgot to pick me from the airport. But I called them and they immediately got a solution for me. It is also hard to find Crescent International online unless you go to booking.com. The team needs to develop an accessible website to advertise this great place in the city of Addis Ababa.

Positive: I liked the staff,they were very friendly and responsive.The hotel was also very clean and I like that they would change the toiletries everyday.The pick-up and drop-off to the airport was quite professional.

Negative: They should have a variety of breakfast especially for foreigners but the rest of the food(A la carte) was tasty.

Positive: This is a new hotel with very friendly staff that speak very good English. The rooms are very clean and house keeping does a good job. It is very near the airport and many other attractions. I would come back and stay here anytime.

Negative: Since the hotel is new, it’s a bit hard directing cab drivers to come pick you up as they don’t know it yet.
