Positive: We met a pleasant receptionist called Katerina
Negative: Another man, the Manager giving us a higher rent and later not reducing it fully when he realized his mistake .He did not seem sure of the rate. It really raised question marks about the place and gave a bad impression. All the ladies at the reception, and restaurant were nice.
Summary: It was generally a nice place. We will come back.

Positive: This is my favourite hotel in the Cremona area. I have spent a lot of time here over this past year while work was being done on my house. Very friendly staff.( The Best) Close to Cremona. Within a few minutes, drive to store and Mall. Restaurant behind the hotel. Very nice spacious rooms. Good standard breakfast. Each room I've stayed in had a nice balcony. Generally quiet area.
Negative: Sometimes rooms can get a little too hot or cold depending on the season. But staff was always there to help me get the temperature to regulate.

Positive: The building is great but it looks like it would need some maintenance. The entrance lobby is large but without character, few seating arrangement will help to give it some intimacy.
Negative: In some areas, entrance and breakfast room, the ceiling had stains, which indicate lack of maintenance.
Summary: Acceptable in the end, is a business hotel and we stayed only one night
