3 Bedroom House in Brunswick

This newly renovated, pet-friendly home in a quaint neighborhood has two master bedrooms with full ensuite bathrooms upstairs, and a bedroom and a full bath on the main level.
It includes a fully stocked kitchen with a dining table inside and one on the back patio. It is centrally located in Brunswick, close to shopping and restaurants. There also is a desk for those that can work remotely, so you can work and still be a short drive to the beaches.
The beautiful backyard faces a creek where you may see the frequent turtle and ducks visiting!
Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.
Other things to note:
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking. Smoking inside the home will result in a $2,000 fee.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
All pet droppings must be picked up or a $50 fee will be assessed.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.

Summary: The property was very nice. A little creek runs through the back yard, there were lots of birds, some snapping turtles and a few geese in the neighborhood. The house is very comfortable, all the beds had great mattresses. The owner was excellent at communication. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and well kept. Conveniently located in Brunswick so we were able to spend more time exploring Brunswick and the Golden Isles than driving. Would stay again!

Summary: The stay was nice. They do need more dish towels, coffee cups for 8 not 4 and instructions on how to use internet and dryer. There should be a sheet with all instuctions listed. Also throw rugs slide around, they needed grips on bottom. Also they needed more seating for more than 4 people
