Positive: Beautiful views. The house was very well equipped, there was everything needed and more. Keys were easily found. Having the downstairs bedroom with en-suite was lovely. For a young fit family the beach was in walkable distance but the climb back was quite steep.

Negative: The drive was very narrow and easily missed, although there was enough room for 2 cars once in. Some of the house was a bit dated and the carpets although hovered did look like they had seen better days.

Summary: Had a lovely stay and the negatives wouldn’t detract from me staying again.

Positive: It was all about the location! The house has a fabulous view from most rooms. The garden was really secure for out dogs. Plenty of space to stretch out out and rekax

Negative: Twin beds, too small for 6’ sons. The convertible sofas were uncomfortable as beds. There were 5 in our party and every sleeping space was occupied. One son slept badly in twin room first night as we had no bed linen for convertible sofas. If both sofas were used to sleep in annex you can’t access the bedroom or shower beyond. The house is suffering end of season blues and has a feeling of neglect.

Positive: Such a useful location for both beach and walks. Really comfy beds too. Great accommodation for our family of 8 guests. Great for dogs too.

Negative: The kitchen is a bit lacklustre and the dishwasher seems to be on its last legs. Oftentimes we had to rewash the contents, which was tricky when we had so many in the house.

Positive: Location. Comfy suite and great bed in main bedroom. Lots of space for the 8 of us. Dog friendly

Negative: A bit grubby, upholstery and rugs all need a freshen up. cooker hood was very greasy and light not working, kitchen needed a bit of attention. Double bed broken in second bedroom. Light switch in downstairs loo not working and came off during stay.
