Positive: It's right next to the train station and fits 10 very comfortable. Large living room and clean and modern kitchen.

Negative: We had problems with the washroom facilities on the first night (no hot water, shower head wasn't working), so our first night was uncomfortable. However, Marc was lovely and came to help us sort everything out the next morning despite the storm. Very grateful and everything worked great from night 2 onwards.
