Positive: Our stay at Kevin’s place was wonderful! The house is new, very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Located in Camp Caval, a quiet neighborhood a few kilometers from the center of Curepipe, it offers peace and calm while still being accessible. The nearest bus stop is just a 3–5 minute walk away, and there are shops, restaurants, and great local spots to buy fresh and affordable fruits and vegetables nearby. We found the house to be incredibly good value compared to other places we looked at, and honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer! Kevin and his family were extremely warm and welcoming. He was always just a message or call away and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. On the day we arrived, when I struggled to find a taxi, Kevin even offered to pick my wife up from the airport, something I truly appreciated and won’t forget. If you’re looking for a quiet, affordable, and decent place to stay, I highly recommend this one, you won’t regret it. Just a heads-up if you’re visiting during the rainy season: it gets chilly, so pack accordingly!
