Positive: Really clean and well presented, fresh bedding, the couple resonsible for looking after this place did a fantastic job for our stay and had a lovely chat to give our praises on the last day. For the price this was great value for money when booking a group of 5 and the location was spot on.

Negative: Toilet was very snug been so closely fitted to the shower. The noise from the traffic was very loud. This was due to pops and bangs from the idiots in their loud cars and the fact its a central location

Positive: Had a lovely time in this property, the double bed was incredibly comfy, heating was very easy to use as was the lock box! Location was perfect for us aswell as it’s right by the arena!

Negative: The single bed was abit springy so not as comfortable as the double and we had some trouble with the lock for the bins but other then that had a lovely stay, would definitely stay here again.

Positive: The house was very cosy and felt like a home away from home. Well equipped kitchen with most utensils/cookware (more cookery trays possibly needed). Beds were comfy, living room cosy and the fireplace was nice. Centrally located and 5 minutes away from Hockley, so ideal for a family stay in the city centre.

Negative: TV reception is intermittent Nest of tables needs repairing/replacing-they are on their last legs The lock on the bathroom needs replacing-it was too hard to lock Has steep stairs to get to the bedrooms-keep this in mind if you have access needs. House was cosy overall but needs a bit of an update decor wise to modernise it.
