Negative: Not a fan of the leave a key in an envelope with my name on it for me to get in. Doesn’t seem secure any guest that got there before me could’ve gone in my room, probably need a check in person.

Summary: It turned out ok. Key thing must change though.

Positive: Location was ok although right off the road which was unexpected. The room was comfortable but certainly not as luxurious as it seemed in the pics. The room was very quiet. The bed was the best part-super comfortable! The bathroom had a very weird layout and there was also very little room for putting your stuff down except for narrow shelves. We only received breakfast vouchers for one day although we were staying for 2. It was a very contactless experience. We did not encounter anyone during our stay including any staff. Odd place but still enjoyable.

Positive: The Inn itself was gorgeous with a nice spacious room. The location was excellent

Negative: They have moved to touchless checkin which meant I found no people to talk with at the location. I travel not be alone with the internet but to talk to people. Apparently, they were available for me to reach out, but I was unaware on how to do this. Basically, I hate touchless checkin if it implies there is no one around to talk with and get questions answered. So often this implies that a place is owned by a large corporation that has a call center in some different place to 'attempt' to answer questions.

Summary: Lovely place in a great location, but do reach out to talk to them about local items

Positive: Great location (walk to shops and restaurants), clean rooms, comfortable beds, wonderful common areas/outdoor spaces, and well-stocked snacks and water. Very friendly owners and staff. The complimentary breakfast located a short distance away, is located in an upscale coffee house and offers a great selection of breakfast options and delicious coffee drinks.

Negative: Pillows were a bit large. Consider using a smaller one as second pillow.

Positive: Nice location. Cute building. Loved the bathroom, the snacks, and parking.

Negative: The loud AC unit. The way the keys were just left outside for check in. No person on site but we're easily able to communicate with via text. But, I would prefer to have someone on site.
