Positive: The property was exceptional it was clean, good quality furnishings and comfy clean beds. Provided a welcome pack that was a nice touch. Garden great for pets enclosed, safe a private. A great location not far to walk to beach or the old railway line. Would visit again!

Negative: Nothing really. Lamps were a bit bright in the bedroom and due to the warm weather a fan would have been good as property was vey warm.

Negative: Damp problem. Smelt of dry rot especially in the kitchen, staining on floors from water leaks, floor in bathroom has a dip where it has presumably rotted away below the flooring.

Summary: Was visiting family so would like to return if the damp problem is sorted.
