Positive: The breakfast was amazing - fantastic selection of food. The room was spacious and clean.Good having 24 hour reception .

Negative: Should use reusable cups in rooms - this would be more eco friendly, rather than disposable cardboard cups . Our TV only got 2 channels , we asked Reception to please sort as it should have Cable TV, but it didn’t eventuate.

Summary: Excellent value for money - breakfast fantastic 😀

Positive: Nice amenities for families (ping pong, darts, pools). Note that you have to pay extra for the pool, but its rather cheap. Breakfast in the other building, but very good options available. Walkable distance to all famous sights,

Negative: Not the cosiest interior, but overall I still liked it. Good price and quality relation.

Negative: The reception staff wasn't friendly, except for a Greek guy, he was friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Positive: Stayed in superior family room with 2 adults 2 kids (2yo and 5yo) and was a great option with a bath and non-bunk bed options. Buffet breakfast great. Location good near to the central station and tivoli!

Positive: All basic needs for hotelroom, great for kids also. Feel good vibe and breakfast was nice.

Negative: A bit of sound and smell from the trains if you have an open window, but we knew that and it was not desturbing.

Positive: Ok, during the wintertime, although you can hear the trains (if the room faces the railway). No air conditioning, and did not want to open the windows towards the railroad.
