Positive: The owner has done an amazing job designing this studio. The space has been utilised so well & it had everything we could need. The studio is modern & although it’s a studio, myself & my daughter had enough space. The studio was also spotless on arrival. There was fruit, wine & refreshments waiting for us, the red wine was really nice (good choice Gabriella) The apartment is in a small square with a few bars & restaurants just outside. The beach is across the road. Bus stops are also nearby that go into town. There is also an array of shops, bars & restaurants outside to the right & left. The owner has a tattoo shop next door so they were on hand if we needed anything. My daughter got a tattoo & piercing on our last day & was given a discount which she really appreciated. Cozzi the owner also gave me a bottle of wine when we were leaving, which I left with my family until I return in a weeks time. Thank you to both Cozzi & Gabriella for a wonderful stay. We will be back soon ;)

The furniture is new and everything is tastefully arranged, creating a sense of home. The property matches the booking photo exactly. The owners are friendly and available for everything. Apartment for every recommendation.

Positive: The apartment itself was exactly as described, its new and good maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. What made our experience exceptional were the landlords, Gabi and Jose, who are very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The combination of property and outstanding hosts was really great rental experience. Good location for renting/ sharing car and exploring many great beaches between Larnaca - Oroklini area and all the way up to Agia Napa.

Positive: These modern apartments, which are located next to the sea, deserve the highest rating! After the renovation, done with great love and attention to detail, my holiday was simply magical! Very comfortable bed, where I slept better than at home. I was especially glad to meet wonderful people Gabriela and Cozzi who were kind and very attentive to me! A big bonus is the availability of cars for rent! In addition, Cozzi and Gabriela are tattoo artists who create simply art! (the salon is nearby). Thank you very much for everything!!! Next time I will definitely stay with you!!!!

Positive: Brand new studio, decorated with great taste, feels like home, clean. Including washing machine, great television, kitchen with everything etc. Warm and care owners They thought about the little things such as AC outlet converters, fruits, wine... Close to the sea, resturants, pubs etc.

Negative: There are stairs to the studio. No view to the sea (but it is across the road + 50m.),
