Positive: Dishwasher was working this time, great furniture, balcony, pool and area around it is wonderful, beds were comfy, kitchen was nice, washer and dryer 👍🏻
Negative: It was harder to get in there, than Fort Knox almost got a nervous breakdown, because I had to send all the documents double. That was pretty hard, because I told them, that I didn't have Internet over here! The apartment didn't come with a parking space this time, silverware was missing (cleaning lady brought some), Bed was comfy, but really too small for 2 people.
Summary: Will not come back, because of the difficult registration process

Positive: That it has kitchen, living room, and dining area.
Negative: That the hallway was filthy, someone left their open bag of trash by the steps, lastly and the maids need to focus on their cleaning. We found dried food crumbs between the sofa bed, other things under the living room rug, the shower curtain in the master bedroom was moldy, found cigarette butt in the balcony too.
Summary: The property itself was nice, but with minor exceptions.

Negative: As I explained to the hosts when I left… the furniture (especially the couch) is not comfortable at all. I did see the same feedback on a prior review. This makes the lounging in the apt not comfortable. The chair on the porch was the most comfortable in the apt. Also, I was called “after I left “ numerous times to leave the property and the cops were going to be called on me… then three messages left on my vmail the cops were called and charges were going to be pressed against me. This was all left when I was on a plane. I was able to call and initially I was not believed as someone was in the room somehow even though I locked up. Finally, after being harassed I was apologized to …

Positive: the beds were very comfortable, I got great sleep. the stay was good and the place was very clean, lots of stuff like plates and coffee and pans ready to go, was very nice. I liked that we didn’t have to complete a bunch of excessive cleaning tasks before leaving like most air bnbs
Negative: I just feel it’s overpriced, especially since “quiet hours” are from 9pm-8am which yes I understand during the week but it was Friday and Saturday we stayed, and we weren’t planning to be excessively loud but we like to listen to music while hanging out and there were so many stipulations and threats of being fined during the booking process it kinda made it hard to relax there, like we had to walk on eggshells. also would have liked a designated parking spot per stay, rather than hoping to find uncovered parking close enough to the unit- we already have to lug all our stuff up the stairs to the second floor, not having to carry through the parking lot would be nice.
