Cozy Carolina Cabin is nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, NC, within easy driving distance of the Tryon Equestrian Center, a multitude of waterfalls and hiking, Lake Lure, Charlotte and Greenville. Highway access is close by. The home has a log-cabin style exterior, wide front porch with rocking chairs and swing. The front yard is securely fenced. Expansive outdoor space to enjoy the Carolina seasons. Kick back after a long day by the nicely landscapedoutdoor fire pit. Have fun making S'mores from Adirondack chairs.

Relax in the luxurious leather sofa or love seat in front of the gas log fireplace. The living room has a flat screen TV with DISH TV, as do both of the flat screens in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, and ensuite bath. All beds and baths have 100% Pima Cotton 500 Thread Count Ultra Soft Solid Sheets, and Turkish cotton towels. Each room has nightstand equipped with USB charger. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flatscreen TV, as well. Upstairs in the loft area is a twin daybed with a pull out trundle. Great for naps or the kids!
The kitchen is compact, yet conveniently outfitted with all the comforts of home. You can prepare a quick midnight snack, or a Thanksgiving dinner for 6. The gas grill is located just outside the side kitchen door.
Cozy Carolina Cabin is located in the 400 acre gated development of Clearwater Creek in Rutherfordton, NC. There are roughly 150 homes on a minimum of 2 acres and 12 miles of roads. In the middle of the development–within 5 minute walking distance of the house– is the community center. There you'll find the mailboxes, a small playground and basketball court/hoop, picnic/grill areas, and a pleasant creek. A great way to wrap up after a day of adventuring in the area!

DOGS only are permitted with owners approval INDICATE AT BOOKING. 50 lb limit WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CATS.
Pets must be crated and up to date on shots and flea treatments.
