Summary: The renovation inside the house was very nice. Clean and modern. Comfortable couch and beds! Outside could use a few updates. Overall comfortable and safe neighborhood. The kitchen has basics but not a lot of extras if you plan to bake or cook multiple items at once it maybe limited. The community pool is awesome and just steps away from the house. A few more pool towels would be helpful. Overall the hosts were super friendly and helpful. Very responsive. We'd definitely come back and stay again.

Summary: Our family was in Winter Park for a wedding. The home is basic and met our needs. It is clean and comfortable with sectional sofa and cushiony beds. Easy communication with owners who left a nice gift basket. The kitchen has some supplies and carpet needs upgrading upstairs. Overall, a good rental.
