Summary: This is a perfect spot with easy access to downtown Denver and the surrounding mountains. Our host, Greg, was very welcoming and attentive to our needs responding quickly to our questions. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to eat at home. We especially enjoyed sitting on the back patio and using the chairs on the front porch. Easy on Eaton is ideal for two couples!

Summary: This was a great location for us! It is close to downtown, yet in a great, family friendly, neighborhood. It was nice to be able to park in the garage. The beds were comfortable. Bathroom’s have been updated. Kitchen is updated and well appointed. Host is quick to respond. Everything was described accurately. Easy entry and check out. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Summary: As advertised! A PERFECT place for 2 couples to visit the local sites. Estes Park, Pikes Peak and Red Rocks- reasonable distance to all three. The back yard space is perfect! What a great place to have coffee or a drink and conversation with friends! Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer! Greg, the host was great! Communication? great! Cleanliness? Great! We will be back!!!!

Summary: This was a fantastic place for us to stay! It was a trip from the airport but traveling to Boulder and Golden and Red Rocks only took minutes. We enjoyed the two bedrooms with King beds and our own bathrooms. Highly recommend renting this house!!
