Summary: Excellent place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again !

Summary: This street seemed extra dark the night we arrived. Our GPS made us think that it was the first building on the block so we had to get out our flashlight to shine it on the house numbers to be sure we were at the right place. The yard is not mowed and quite overgrown (which absolutely does not bother us in the least) except that it didn’t seem like a rental unit. Once inside, we were very impressed with the cleanliness and simplicity. The place is very minimalist, which we loved. The next morning we walked to both Coco Moon and Loco Espress coffee shops. This unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood and great for walking, although the main purpose of our visit was driving around to see family in the area. Definitely recommend!

Summary: Very comfortable and clean place. Unlike other reviews, I did not feel it was in a sketchy area. Garage is an awesome perk and fit my big F250 (which won’t fit in my garage at home!) Could have used a sidewalk to 9th street (to load and unload) and along south side of garage (to take out trash) without walking in new grass, but that was a minor annoyance. Additional bed pillows would have also been appreciated. They were a little flat for one per person .

Summary: We joined the Tour of the Lakes bike ride while at Brainerd. This property was perfect: It has a garage that we could use to keep the bikes and trailer, it is close to downtown and it has a very complete kitchen. I have to underline the kitchen because it has a good-sized refrigerator and freezer, stove with oven and microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker ... Very comfortable.
