Summary: This cozy little apartment was a perfect place to stay while I was waiting to get into my condo. The appliances and carpet are reasonably new, everything works well, and the furnishings are clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. It's less than a mile from the Federal Center bus and trail station, so easy access to downtown or wherever. Having the front parking spot is a bonus. Convenient to shopping, fitness facilities, or even the foothills, it really has everything you need.
