Summary: Excellent little private apartment. Although the host family was home the whole time they were quiet. Even the dog was well behaved, only a couple of barks and never a disturbance. My favorite things were the blooming jasmine just outside (so fragrant) and the tiny kitchen. I was able to save money and time by cooking meals for myself on-site rather than going out to eat. Very restful couple of days for this tired mama. Everything was pristinely clean and well decorated but not cluttered. There were a couple of amazing thrift/antique shops in the vicinity and Publix was just 6 minutes away.

Summary: I was there for my son’s college baseball games, so it was perfect for myself. I arrived late at night. I struggled to find a light at first, and I hope I didn’t scare the host because I tried to open a door to their area. It was a good size place and the bed was very comfortable. I didn’t see shampoo and conditioner. I arrived late at night, so I didn’t bother the host. The location was awesome. It is so nice to have a traffic light to turn to and from Rt. 27. It is a quiet area, but so many restaurants and stores are nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Summary: Great place. Second time I’ve stayed here and will stay again on next trip to Florida. Host is wonderful. Always available to answer questions and is quick to respond. Very close to Disney and there are many restaurants close by. If you are a golfer there are lots of courses near this location. Place is very clean and host provides parking. Once again this is a wonderful place.
