The yard is completely private and peaceful feel free to use as needed. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned using disinfect products. All knobs and surface are wiped. Summary: We were very comfortable in Michael’s spacious, recently renovated studio. We were glad to have a full bathroom and kitchen. The space was stylish and clean. The WiFi was strong. The neighborhood was safe and attractive. We had no problems. We look forward to staying there again.

Summary: The suite was the perfect size for us. It was close enough to the Rosebowl as we came to town for a concert. We also went to Crypto.com arena and the Griffith Observatory, both were a reasonable distance as well. Some other things were a bit farther but we were prepared for that. The neighborhood is lovely and absolutely gorgeous. Felt completely safe walking at night and leaving my car on the street. The host was fantastic. Michael was very kind and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Summary: The host has two Vrbo listings right next to each other on the same property and the person staying next door to us opened our door while we were in there. He claimed it was an accident but the whole thing felt very uncomfortable and my partner and I understandably felt very violated so we immediately left and got a hotel. But the place itself was adorable and perfect for two people. Also the host was SO communicative and understanding of our decision to leave.
