Positive: I must say, communication from Christine was outstanding and made a change with her immediate responses of assistance and directions. The apartment is relatively small but it served my purposes well for a trip to Surabaya and Bromo. The apartment was clean, tidy and with everything there I needed for my stay. The mall downstairs was amazing with plenty of food options for lunch or dinner, although nothing I could locate was open for breakfast. I ended up going to the hotel next door and whilst a little expensive, the offerings and coffee were excellent. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and based upon Christine’s fabulous communication I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Negative: Nothing really I could fault at all about my stay, except for the limited options for breakfast close by

Summary: Christine’s communications before and during my stay made all the difference in so many accommodation offerings nearby.h

Negative: the mall it’s connected to is sparse. Many tenants have left, or there were insufficient mall tenants. And it turns out the city centre where the “happening” places are are a few km northwards.
