Summary: With 4 bedrooms that have their own bathrooms, and a spare, this house worked beautifully for 4 over 40 friends in town for an event! Tim is communicative, and was so very accommodating to us. The house is tucked in a cute neighborhood, and is really quiet (if you're like me, and are sensitive to street sounds). It has 2 rooms downstairs, which was great for one of our members who had torn her meniscus 2 days before we came to town. Hopefully we can come back for next year!

Summary: Overall our stay great! There are a few minor things we noticed that could be improved. Not enough wine glasses, there should be enough for as many guests the house can accommodate. The couches were not very comfortable. The place was very nice and clean but almost sterile and could be made a little more homey. Also checkout rules were very unclear. We have stayed in numerous Vrbos so we just followed what we have done in the past. We all this being said we would recommend this property. It suited our needs and the area was very nice and quiet.

Summary: This place was absolutely perfect for our ladies getaway… us each having our own bathroom was so nice and saved us so much time. The host was very easy to communicate with and responds very quickly. The house is lovely, though very bare bones as far as decor or amenities. That did not take away from enjoying the space, it was perfect. I’d recommend this place and would book again for our yearly visit. Thanks, Tim! Your professionalism was outstanding.
