The property owners are nearby if you need assistance but are not intrusive. Firepit and BBQ areas are located near a covered porch complete with rocking chairs. Great views of the night sky. No internet, just peace and quiet. Full kitchen and large dining table. Sleeps 12 (10 adults, 2 children). Perfect for a corporate retreat, after an Aggie game or other family event up to 20 people. Summary: Our stay was nothing but amazing. My 5 year old had so much fun running around the trees and my dog enjoy playing with the 2 dogies in the property. The cabin is really clean and perfectly decorated. We can’t wait to come back in August!

Summary: Stayed here on the way to a race in Lufkin. We visited our daughter in College Station and did not want to stay in town overnight with our truck and trailer. This was the perfect place to stay! It was quiet, peaceful and the surroundings were beautiful. Even though we only stayed 1 night we will definitely stay here again when we come to visit. So glad I found this home!!

With a wraparound porch and a grilling pavilion in the backyard, there is plenty of outdoor relaxation space. The décor perfectly achieves the entire cabin experience, and little touches like the fabric tablecloth and soft, plushy bath towels complete a pampered feel.
