Summary: Me and my group of 6 total stayed at Cody’s house on Big Lake this past weekend and had the best time. The house is cute and feels like a true lake house. It has everything you would need from a grill to kitchen supplies and we absolutely love the bonfire in the backyard. Being able to rent the boat was a major perk and we spent all day out on it for one of our days there. Cody is responsive and super helpful for any of your needs. Overall we had the best time and would definitely return! Would highly recommend

Summary: Immaculate home and ideal location on the river. Very nicely appointed through out. This place was great and we enjoyed everything about it. No expenses were spared by the owner when furnishing this place. Highly recommend it

Summary: Everything was exceptional about the stay, from interacting with Joe to settling into the custom log home. The property is beautiful and provides amazing views out of the two story windows facing the river. It was well-appointed, too, with high-end appliances and tasteful decor. It was cold during our stay, so we utilized the fireplace quite a bit and stayed toasty. A great experience overall!

Summary: No complaints whatsoever, the owner/manager very personable and responsive. Property is beautiful and our stay was perfect. One suggestion would be to have 2 luggage racks available.

Summary: The cabin is beautiful, fresh and immaculate. It is decorated like a home (it was the owners home for a while). First class furnishings, appliances, and decor. The Arkansas River runs right behind the property and it is beautiful. We’ll be back in the future.

Summary: This beautiful cabin is a quiet refuge in the beautiful Buena Vista valley. Located just outside of town beside the Arkansas River, it has easy access to the river and all the multiple recreation options available in the area. Joe was readily available for any needs. I hope to return for another stay in the future.
