Summary: Property was as described as in pictures. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Pool was nice and appliances worked well for cooking and cleaning. The house was clean and in a quiet residential location which served us while we were back and forth to UM.

Summary: I was very happy to find this home because I wanted lots of space, a pool and convenience to shopping and the airport. The home was exactly as advertised! It was so comfortable and cute which made it felt like home. Nick was very responsive and attentive to our needs before and during our stay. I made a last minute decision to extend my stay and Nick responded immediately and was able to accommodate my request. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our visit and will consider staying at this property during my visit early fall.

Summary: We were in town for my child to have a procedure completed at Nicholas Children’s Hospital. The property is super convenient to the facility and the host is responsive for any questions that come up.

Summary: Excellent location for our family for the graduation weekend. We really needed a place close to UM for everyone to congregate between the graduation festivities. House was lovely, and we enjoyed the pool. Host was very responsive and kind. When I travel back to Miami, I’ll plan to stay here again.

Summary: We loved the location (neighbors were mostly Spanish speaking folks) and the vicinity to the airport and the university. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We privately gave the host a list of things that need improving to make staying at this property a first rate experience.

Summary: We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The pictures had me excited and I can say with certainty now that they did not lie. The property was clean, Nick responded right away to any questions and it was about 18minuets away from the Airport which was great for us. Its also about 20 or so minutes away from everything else. I definitely recommend this listing. Thanks again Nick🤗!

Summary: What a lovely home! Lovely quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to other miami areas. It was exactly what we needed, each room was clean and had everything you may require. The outdoor kitchen is a perfect addition.. you can lounge by the pool, play darts and bbq all day! It was heaven, pool area is lovely! The whole thing exceeded expectations! Nick was such a great host, he responded to any questions extremely quickly, he let us check in early and out late and he even popped over to replace the gas in the bbq when we used it up. We will definitely be returning!
