Summary: The house was just as advertised. It was spotless, bright and in a convenient location to the University of Scranton, 28 minutes door to door. The gated community was also nice and the staff at the gate were very friendly. I would recommend it for sure!

Summary: Despite losing power due to weather, it was a fantanstic trip. The owners offered plenty of firewood to accommodate and offered updates from the power company until the power was restored. Very quick to respond and help out when messaging.

Summary: The house is tucked in the woods in a gated community. We wanted a quiet weekend with decent hiking nearby. We found the 5.3 mile trail around Tobyhanna State Park to be perfect for us and our dog. Nice house and property.

Summary: House was modern, comfortable and updated. Was more than enough space for family of 5 and dog. Felt secluded and private, but also not far from amenities, stores and restaurants. Visited Delaware water gap, several state parks and Crystal Cavern. Enjoyed the pool, playgrounds and tennis/pickle ball courts. Bad weather kept us from enjoying the lake and boating. Maybe next time!

Summary: Clean house with a walking distance to a lake. Pool is far and the owner does not provide a gate pass to cut through the development, which makes it a 15 minutes drive.

Summary: I personally enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. This place was very clean with nice touches of home. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the surrounding area. Summary: My family and I spent weekend here and it was fantastic. The area was quiet. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to make a meal and coffee bar was a favorite of my husbands. There was a nice selection of games to play as a family.
