Positive: we loved this stay in ahangama a little layed back from the main street. There’s several local restaurant around though and a very nice hostel close to the place where you can always meet the cooles people if you’re up for it. The place we liked it so much that we prolonged for a week. so we stayed 3 weeks in total. It’s cozy, it’s clean, has everything you need even for a longer stay. it was comfortable and had good space to leave all your things. we had no issues at all and the host and his family were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and beyond. Even got invited to dinner for a traditional rice and curry. And he offers also scooters for rent, everything for a very fair price. I will recommend highly to everyone to stay here :)

Positive: Amazing host! He was very friendly and said yes to all our requirements. He even gave us a late checkout and arranged a tuk-tuk for our travel. Cozy Place is truly cozy, just as the name suggests. The property was very clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were provided and parking space.

Positive: We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Villa at Cozy Place. Sampath is a fantastic host – incredibly kind, professional, and always super responsive via WhatsApp. Any question or request was handled immediately. The villa is very new, modern, and spotless. Everything feels fresh and well maintained, with all the appliances you need for a comfortable stay. The internet was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. Sampath’s wife and mother cleaned the room every three days and did a wonderful job. The area is super quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Truly one of our best stays in Sri Lanka. We would 100% come back and highly recommend it.

Positive: We honestly couldn’t have asked for better hosts. From the very first day, Sampath welcomed us like family and made us feel completely at home. His kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. A big thank you to his beautiful wife Chamika as well, who was always so warm, sweet, and caring. And a very special thank you to their angel mother — her kindness, smile, and positive energy made this experience unforgettable for us. The house was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. You can really feel the love and care they put into their home. Staying here didn’t feel like renting a place, it felt like staying with close friends. We are so grateful for this beautiful experience and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Positive: We spent our best December here in Cozy place! Tiny villa with all I need - hot water, air condition (and fan), big comfort bad, silent, internet, fridge, kitchen, small terrace and green garden around. No insects, very clean (cleaning every 3 days). And personal washing machine on kitchen, it is sooooo convenient! This place belong to adorable and very friendly family. Also I rent completely new bike here and my location became a dream - 10 mins from everything and sleep in silence (I sleep in earplugs) :)

Summary: My next visit in Ahangama I spent here and wish you the same :)

Positive: An absolutely fantastic stay. The Prabod and his wife Are so welcoming and Nice, they really go far to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is really new and clean and you Get a lot of privat from having your own little place in the garden. I absolutely loved that it is a little bit isolated so it’s very calm and relaxing. We were unlucky witha few power cute, But this isn’t cozy place’s fault, actually Prabod was on the case of getting the power fixed really fast. This is 10/10 the best place ive stayed in Sri lanka
