Positive: The staff (interacting through the phone) is nice, thogh the hotel has very very harsh policies in terms of their operational hours. That said their stsfless keyless concept does work. The location is also good, very central.

Negative: 1) the heating is setup in a very weird timed way with no instructions in the room. I eventually realised by myself how to make it work (but it takes a long time to come on and also a long time to switch off). 2) the acoustic of the room and the position was not ideal. While it's ideally located in the centre, there a big tower and its bell will literally go off every 15 minutes, so if you're not deeply asleep it can take a while to actually manage to sleep. They do provide some sort of ear pods to help with this,but if you're travelling for business you'll have an alarm to hear in the morning. Overall, satisfactory.

Positive: Nice comfortable hotel in a great location. All self service entrance, but it works extremely well and is very clearly explained.

Negative: Sadly, wifi didnt work, so I used my own hotspot. Beware, that this is a very traditional Dutch designed building with steep stairs re luggage.

Positive: Everything, the location, the attention, the breakfast options were really good

Negative: Have into account the property has really steep stairs so getting your luggage up if you have a large luggage is complicated. But many buildings in Netherlands are like this and we were okay because our luggage was small :)

Negative: The stairs were steep. I've never been to The Netherlands so they were a shock to start with. I soon got used to it!

Positive: The room is very nicely decorated, modern, cozy and clean. Everything worked out easily with the online check in and electronic key. Air conditioning was a plus. Comfortable beds. Location is very central.

Negative: Not the hotels fault, but the hotel is located close to the church and dom tower. On our first night the church clock chimed every 15 minutes! There was a louder bang on each full hour and a smaller chime every 15 minutes. I do not know if it was a special occasion or if this happens every Friday-Saturday night. Luckily on other nights the church bell did not go off. On the weekend it seemed to be completely quiet but then on Monday and Tuesday morning it started going off at 8am and then at every hour. Also the stay was expensive, but so was everything else during this peak time in April. This was the best value for money we could find.
