Positive: Comfortable beds. Nice set up. The location was mostly quiet. Neighbors got very loud and were yelling in the middle of the night for a while, but the rest of the time was peaceful. Roomy little condo.

Negative: Not clean at all. Restrooms dirty, linens smelled terrible, pet odors. Spider webs everywhere. Shower handles difficult to operate. Had to park and carry personal things across the parking lot as parking space was constantly used by others. A lot of details needed to be addressed in order to make this a great experience. There were important things that were lacking. The air conditioner was locked, and the house was stuffy. We couldn't cool the house down to sleep.

Negative: It felt like the beds and extra blankets had bed bugs. Every night was difficult to sleep because of the constant irritation on my skin. Floor has some soul stains in kitchen and the kitchen table wasn't wiped down

Positive: The location was excellent! Breakfast was not included.

Negative: I thought the pool/jacuzzi were on site. Host just told me "rec center" was where it was. When asked how to use the indoor fire place, host did not know. There was hair on the edge of the shower, gross!

Summary: Overall it was a "memory making" experience for my daughter and i.

Positive: The space was nicely furnished and spacious . The linens were quality and we enjoyed the gas fireplace on rainy mornings.

Negative: The king bed is quite high, at 5’7” I had difficulty getting in as did my husband. There were leftover popcorn in the front room and we had to wipe down the sticky end table and stove. I reported the closet door that didn’t slide the first day and never was contacted to repair it.

Summary: The condo is very nice, the location is quiet and close to grocery and restaurants
