Positive: We came into town for a family get together and it was very close to my sister-in-laws. The location is in be tween the two major roads that will take ro you anything you need! The facilities were wonderul and it has a top and bottom washer/dryer unit that was exceedinly helpful. There is a dumpster on site toget rid of your waste as needed. A kitchenette with full size fridge (bottom drawer freezer), dishes, a variety of spices (we added to them, as I am sure other guests have) Kurig, ice maker, pots and pans ( we made wonderful meals here), plenty of linen (and a hair dryer, YES! because I forgot mine!), TVs in every room, WiFi (very helpful), great decor, kitchy stuff, candles, art, a welcome to Ogden entertainment book, cubbies for whatever, coat rack, little dining table that extends (used that for sure), just felt like home. The facilty has central air, thank goodness for that, we visited int he first weik of August! It kept us cool as I am sure it would have kept us warm in the winter season. Our contact was amazing and went above and beyond for us! Bless them! The facilty is located behind a housing unit and the neighbors were freindly and welcoming. We felt safe and the neigborhood is quiet. A beautiful park is just across the street where we strolled during sunset. There is a 7-1Q at the end of the street and a gas station just down the road. Any shopping needed is within 5-10 minutes (Harbor Freight, Les Scwab, Auto Zone, Lowes - Hubby, Smiths, Dollar Store, Walmart, Costco, Ross, Thrift Stores - me, massages - us!) Our stay was amazing! We would gladly stay here again! I wish I knew how to upload photos so you will just have to trust us that it has a semi beach decor with all the basics you need. It sure beats a hotel! We recommend you try it! p.s. There is a cool attic area with bedding for 2-4 (pending on ages) youngsters would justy love to get away from the adults from (wink, wink) We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we...

Negative: An exterior seating area with an umbrella during the summer. (There is a metal bench currently and we utilized that for sure) Crickets! We are from Seattle, we don't have them there. The music they make though, put us right to sleep.

Positive: The location was great. 12 - 15 minutes from everything we needed. My son loved having the extra space in the loft area to play and relax. It was very easy to check in and communicate with the host.

Negative: Everything was good, with the exception of some minor repairs that needed to be made on an appliance.

Positive: The beds were super comfy, there were TVs in every room, there was a washing machine, it was a short walk from downtown, there were extra mattresses and a TV in the loft, there were lots of extra linens and utensils.

Negative: The loft was too hot(the vent up there didn't work), everything was tiny(bathroom, kitchen), there was only one bathroom.
