Summary: The listing is very accurate. The location is great. Right in the middle of everything we had planned. The bike ride to the beach is a little rough but not too far and totally worth it. Lots of toys and games to take down there and play.

Summary: This property for our football family of 4 was perfect, inside temperature of the home stayed nice and cozy, and our rambunctious boys loved their room, the shower was amazing with good water pressure, and the views out of the open windows facing the ocean was the perfect thing for a morning coffee or a late night sunset. We even had a couple of football families come over for s’mores at the outdoor fire pit for s’mores it was such an awesome place to relax and enjoy the ocean and family/friend time, thank you Pat and Jan for sharing your beautiful home with our family we will be booking this house again!

Summary: I recently stayed at this property in Fort Bragg for a family vacation, and there were several positive aspects to our experience. The place was clean and in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. There was also a nice collection of bicycles and toys available for the kids, which truly made their weekend. However, there was a drawback worth noting. The house is actually the upstairs unit of a duplex, not a full house as stated in the description. While this wasn’t a major issue for us on this trip, it could be a concern if there were other guests staying in the unit below, as noise might be a problem. Despite these points, we still had a good time and enjoyed the location and amenities. Overall, it’s a decent place for a beachside stay, especially for families with children, but be aware of the duplex setup.

Summary: We loved our stay at Sea Esta. The view was beautiful and the flat was charming and very comfortable. The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach and bike path. You can feel the love in this place and we can’t wait to return.

Summary: Very nice. While a little close to the road, it wasn’t too distracting and still private. We would have been more water-frugal, but it takes a long time to get water warm enough to shower or do dishes. TV was great, we brought our Apple TV and enjoyed very much. Overall, we would book again.
