Summary: Jan and Pepe were more than helpful during my stay. To complimentary snacks to in unit laundry, this place made my life near frictionless during my stay in Houston. Definitely will stay again when i’m back in the near future!

Summary: This was a perfect location for us during our visit to Houston. We chose it because it was close to family. We felt safe walking to the grocery store and to local parks. We could have walked to many restaurants and museums as well if our schedule had allowed. Jan and Pepe were solicitous of our comfort and responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing experience here!! We were treated like family not guests by Pepe! Upon arrival there were the sweetest touches that just made you feel special. Like food in the fridge to enjoy, a note to welcome us to the place and fresh flowers. Pepe was very attentive and made sure that we were more than accommodated. He was willing to drive us to places that we wanted to visit, all without asking! We even ended our visit with a bbq hosted by him!! We enjoyed the place so much that some of the things we had planned went to the wayside just to stay and enjoy the place itself. Honestly, I plan to come back to Houston just to book this place again and for no other reason!

Summary: I loved this cozy pool house. It was exactly what I needed. I was in town for work but wanted to be close to my class. This cute place was 4 mins away and I’m so happy I found it. It was in a great neighborhood, and I felt so safe. I had dinner with friends while in town and it was so close to everything. Jan was so easy to communicate with and so sweet. The place was clean, quiet, and stocked with everything you need and could ever think of. I have anxiety while traveling so I’m an over packer because of it. I always pack a fan, blanket, towels and so on… and this place has it all! Had I known the host were so thoughtful I could have packed less. The place was stocked with snacks too! Which came in handy as soon as I arrived and was light headed from not eating while traveling. I’m a huge fan of a kidney bean pool and this pool was perfect. I was in town for a certification course so I didn’t have much time to take advantage of it but managed to sneak a quick night dip and it was glorious. Oh I forgot to mention the comfy bed! It was like sleeping on a cloud. All in all I got my certification I came into town for and I couldn’t have done it without having the perfect place to lay my head down at night.

Summary: Beautiful place! Was absolutely perfect for our weekend in houston for a wedding. We didn’t arrive until very late, after midnight and getting in was super easy! It was wonderful having some snacks provided as well upon arrival after traveling all evening and not having time to stop for dinner! Such a cute neighborhood and everything you would need is just a short distance away. Would stay here again if I ever find myself going to Houston!

Summary: I love staying at this location. It’s close to everything so that makes it a cheap Uber drive. Checking in and out was super easy. The host is really accommodating. You get a pool right outside. It’s really great.

Summary: The pool house is the perfect size. Bedroom, little desk area with fridge, bathroom, great waterfall shower. Jan was very nice and easy to work with - and he left breakfast snacks that were much appreciated! Parking was in driveway or street - very safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.
