The Magnolia Homestead shares a half-acre lot with a detached studio. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently updated and each room has it's own theme (Beach, Garden and Adventure). Enjoy time outside while relaxing on a large private deck, cooking on the gas grill and/or playing yard games on the grass. Great location; less than 5 minutes from Hwy 249. This house shares a driveway with a detached studio apartment. We look forward to hosting you and are happy to answer any questions.
The Magnolia Homestead is located on a large lot; it is quiet and convenient to Magnolia, Tomball, The Woodlands, and the Texas Rennesainse Festival. There are of a lot of shopping and dining options nearby.
The Master beach-themed bedroom has a King-sized bed with an attached bathroom.
The Garden room has a queen-sized bed
The Adventure room has a full-sized bed and a twin loft bed.
The secondary bathroom has a shower/toilet room separated by a door to the vanity area.
The kitchen has all your essentials.
The laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are off the kitchen.
The deck has a retractable awning for hot days. There is also a build in bench with a table and 4 chairs. There is also a propane grill (propane provided) and a settee.
There is a detached studio apartment that shares a driveway and some backyard space; there is a partial privacy fence that divides the outdoor dining areas (both dwellings have their own deck/patio).
If you need anything during your stay we will do our best to accommodate as we are nearby.
There will be a key pad to get into the house. You will be sent the code prior to check-in.
We live close by and are available to help assist as needed throughout your stay.

Summary: We have a 5 year old and an infant so traveling is hard and they definitely helped with the fun fishing themed bedding my 5 year old loved and the pack n play made it easier since we didn’t have to bring one. The house was clean and I appreciated the coffee selection very much.

Summary: Enjoyable stay in small town setting. Home was very clean with comfortable beds and accommodations. We were traveling to our granddaughters wedding at Magnolia Meadows and the location was great. A couple minor suggestions is that the home needs to supply guests with more washcloths in each bathroom and the faucet in the hall bath could use repair. I would definitely stay here again! The hosts were very attentive to our needs.

Summary: This is a cozy home in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic. It’s clean, easily accessible and the hosts were easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was also a breeze. I’d stay here again. Highly recommend.

Summary: We traveled to the Tomball area for a baseball tournament. This sweet house was such a perfect place for us to stay. We spent most of our time here when we weren’t at the baseball field. We cooked dinner almost every night and had every thing we needed. We would most definitely stay again.

Summary: The property is very clean and very well appointed. The owner was available for any questions and answered very quickly. It was all up dated and very cozy. Definitely will stay again when visiting my sister in Tomball!
