Summary: Quiet and cozy. Beautiful back porch. Could definitely use some handy man to fix holes in walls, floor where it doesn’t meet at from door and the Water pressure in shower is awful, Ice maker broke with no known knowledge that we needed ice. Otherwise stay was ok.

Summary: My friend and I met in Livingston for our 50th High School Reunion. We wanted something quiet and accessible to town. This house is not only the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, but it was also superbly stocked with so many extras that a person may need away from home, we were pleasantly surprised. It is nicely furnished. Such a cute house!! I would give this house a 10 out of 10. Management definitely is in it for excellent customer service. We would book again!

Summary: Saturday night we got zero sleep and considering leaving midnight. Fighting, cussing and punching car windows outside. I’m assuming it was at the towing company at the end of the road. But we had small kids with us their safety is our number one priority. I was very concerned for our safety. The house itself was great! Just the area is sketchy. Wasn’t sure if we were going to stay the second night but we did because we had no where else to go and didn’t want to dispute any charges.

Summary: We had a great time at this vacation house. It is very clean, which is high on my list for a rental. Raymond and Maria are excellent host and have provided some really nice touches. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and patio with our dogs. The yard is fenced but one side of the house is unfenced. Our dogs are velcro dogs so this was not an issue for us. Great location to downtown with shopping and dining out. Several pet friendly restaurants. We do not do much cooking on vacation but the one time we did cook we had everything we needed. It was a lovely, relaxing vacation and it only took us an hour to get there.
