Summary: We enjoyed the property. Quiet / peaceful.. I was able to get my boat up and down the channel easily from the main lake.. Very well protected back there from summer storms.. Would like to stay again!😉😉

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The rooms were good size, they had good storage and everything we needed for meal preps and cooking. The house was clean, check in and out was so easy. Provided linens, towels, etc. were plentiful and everyone commented how the mattresses were firm but comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The house is 6-7 minutes from downtown hayward but the lake has plenty of bar/restaurants. It was cold during our stay but in spring/summer/fall those are all walkable. The only "complaint" is the heat was really low when we got there, which I understand. But it took four of us like 10 minutes to figure out how to turn the main heat source on. Once we figured out the remote, the heat kicked on and stayed on the rest of the trip.
