Minutes away from the Moneta shops, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home on Smith Mountain Lake.
This is the perfect lake house for a family getaway. Gently sloping lot eases onto a natural private sandy beach, great for kids, with easy access to spacious dock with plenty of room for entertaining. Recessed along the main channel near R21 creating a perfect swimming and playing area with wide water views. Outside entertaining and relaxing continues with a fire pit and screened porch steps away from the home.
Inside the entry level has the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace. Walk out onto large composite deck with wide water views. Upper level offers two bedrooms with a shared full bath. Down in the walk out basement is a family room, wet bar, full bathroom, and sleeping area, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
Outside, you can play all day at the dock and stock up the mini fridge in our boathouse with some drinks to enjoy it as a family on the 4 sun loungers, 4 person dining set, and 4 person sitting area available to you. In the evening, enjoy the sunset over the lake as you roast marshmallows over the four person fire pit.
Also included are 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for your entertainment and use!
Unlike many rentals on the lake, we provide linens, bath towels, and a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels (3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels) to get your vacation kick started right. Need anything during your stay? Grab it at the local shops conveniently located 10 minutes down the road!
Propane canisters are the renters responsibility to refill. We ask that you exchange for a new tank and remit the receipt to us through the app for a refund. There are numerous locations to exchange including Kroger, Dollar General, and Food Lion.

Summary: Place is exactly as the pictures show. Being right on the lake is the best! Having on-site kayaks and canoes was nice. The only feedback about inside would be the two twin beds were very tough for our teenagers to sleep on. Other than that great stay!

Summary: We had a wonderful week at this home! The accommodations were very comfortable with everything you need for a great stay for all ages. My parents joined us along with a few of my daughters teenage friends. The kids made the downstairs their own with plenty of space to enjoy their time together while the adults took the upstairs spaces. We gave my parents the master bedroom as it was on the main floor and the stairs would have been difficult for them to navigate. The only thing not as pictured online was the dockside furniture- what was provided in the boathouse was certainly adequate for our stay and allowed us to comfortably enjoy the lake all day! It just was not as nice as the pictured set up so we were confused on arrival. The owners were excellent at communicating with us and provided us with immediate feedback and an updated picture of the provided furniture so we were able to inventory what was there. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this property.

Summary: We had a great weekend stay at Henry's Beach. Location was great, and house was just the perfect size. Very clean and had everything we needed. Spent most of our time down at the spacious dock, but who wouldn't? Thanks for sharing your cute home with us!
