Welcome to Pepper’s Place on Lyman Lake! Built in 2019, our cozy, lake-front cottage is the perfect getaway for those who want a great place to rest, relax and enjoy the lake!
The space
Our cottage consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has huge windows with beautiful lake views, a king sized bed with memory foam mattress, a private bathroom with a shower/bath combo, as well as double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a plush mattress topper, and a separate full bath with a walk-in shower.
Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal, including a gas stove and oven. You can enjoy dinner with a view at our large island bar with four stools. The screened porch and deck provide waterfront views. They are a great place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.
A full washer and dryer are located in a separate laundry closet. There are ceiling fans in the living room, both bedrooms, and the screened porch. There is ample parking at the entrance to this one-of-a-kind cottage.
There is a private dock that has a ladder for swimmers. You can enjoy grilling out dinner on our gas grill, or relax by the fire in our fire pit (guests provide their own firewood). Our cottage includes a 65 inch smart TV in the living room, as well as highspeed Wi-Fi.

Summary: We needed a place to stay while visiting friends and this cottage was just perfect. Everything looked brand new. The decorating was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch as well as sitting on the dock watching the sunset. Beautiful views of the lake from the living room and the master bedroom. In a very quiet neighborhood and close to Greer, a cute town with nice restaurants and a pretty park. The owner was quick to answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!
