Positive: Very friendly, patient and helpful hosts Comfortable bed Really quiet, which was important!

Negative: I was a bit chilly during the night, but found a stash of blankets in the cupboard! A door between the main, shared area of the house, and the guests' area would also have added more privacy.

Positive: Me and my friend have a very great time at this place, the couple there are very friendly and active in assist any need that we might have. They prepare a room and let us check-in even before a normal time they do, the space is very new and clean and they also give us a welcome drink :) would definitely visit again with a group of friend. Thanks for having us.

Positive: The house is beautiful and new. The room and bathroom was spotless, The bed is very comfortable and the hosts were the loveliest people who gave us very clear instructions on how to find their place and how we can get in. Our arrival was absolutely seamless.

Negative: It would have been great to have a little lamp on the bedside table, however, this is just a suggestions, rather than something we didn't like.

Positive: Our stay at Cozy Homez Ballarat was totally satisfying and exceeded our expectations — at a fraction of the cost of high end luxury motel rooms. All facilities — the kitchen, the bathroom, and the plush Queen size bed — are highly luxurious and squeaky clean. The hosts Amaya and Deepak are very welcoming and hospitable. Will definitely stay there again! Highly appreciated and recommended — thank you.
